Design the canopy mold by making the "PLUG"
Make a mold of the plug whicj will be the opposite of the plug - This
will be the mold for the canopy from then on.

The mold is painted with the finish colour of paint or GelCoat. Then
the fiberglass chop is "Sprayed" on to the outer skin. This is
the layer that gives it the strength. Arrow Industries uses the correct
mixture of Fiberglass and resin to provide optimum strength

Comes out of the mold and has to be trimmed to size

Interior carpet is added

Windows are cut out

Of to the paint booth for Factory specific colours to be applied

Back to the trim shop where the windows and serial number tag are
added

The aluminium rails that are added provide extra strength to the
bottom of the canopy. Newer trucks let the box of the truck twist.
Without the strength of aluminium reinforcement the canopy can crack in
high stress situations.
NOTE: The rails are net held on by screws - the screws simply
tighten up the clamping effect of the outer and inner rail. This
effect is much stronger and accurate that glues or resins.

Finally the canopies wait in the yard for the delivery truck to deliver
the canopy to the local retailer
